Muscles worked
Main: Hamstrings, Glutes. Also: Shoulders, Calves, Lower back, Traps.
Step by step
- Place two kettlebells between your feet. Push your hips back, keep your back flat and look straight ahead to reach the handles.
- Drive through your hips and legs to bring the kettlebells up close to your body, rotating your wrists so they settle at your shoulders. The power comes from your hips, not your arms.
- Lower the kettlebells back to the starting position under control and repeat.
